Dr. Raina Gupta founded Sleepologie Health and Wellness after working in Sleep Medicine for over a decade. She wanted to create a place where patients can be seen quickly and easily, either in the comfort of their own homes or workplaces or in the clinic — welcomed, comfortable, and met with great quality healthcare from qualified physicians in a timely manner.
Dr. Gupta is a Fellowship trained, Board Certified Sleep Medicine Specialist and Board Certified Neurologist. She is passionate about helping people optimize their sleep to enjoy better health and quality of life.
With over 15 years of experience treating patients with a variety of sleep disorders, Dr. Gupta is a leader in the field of sleep medicine. She is working on research studies with Northwestern University, with research focused on children and parents with diverse sleep issues.
She is a fellow of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and a member of the Illinois Sleep Society. She has a passion for raising awareness of sleep disorders and speaks to community groups and on podcasts frequently.
Dr. Zahir is a board-certified sleep medicine physician committed to helping patients achieve better sleep and overall health. With a compassionate and patient-centered approach, she specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of sleep disorders, including sleep apnea, hypersomnia, insomnia and circadian rhythm issues.
Dr. Zahir received her Sleep Medicine fellowship at Medical College of Wisconsin. She has a particular interest in the intersection of sleep and metabolic health, with a focus on obesity medicine and its impact on sleep quality. By addressing the root causes of sleep disturbances, she empowers patients to improve not only their sleep but also their long-term wellness.
